Tonight we strolled around our street to a few houses with the neighbor kids. Then we had to go show off Braden to the grandparents so he could get his yummy "candy." He enjoyed looking at the candy through the baggie as you can see. :) His mean mommy did let him lick on a sucker for awhile, until he got frustrated because he couldn't bite it. We can't believe that at this time next year he'll be saying, "twick or tweet!"

Check out this getup! Braden was ready to go trick-or-treating...we got the shoes on (which takes the longest) and we were just waiting a few more minutes to put on the kangaroo suit since it's pretty thick! He seemed to like this outfit just fine.

Hanging out at home

Braden got a new toy this week. He loves to ride on his car and bend over the front and open the hood. We think he might want to be a mechanic when he grows up. He also loves crawling "under" everything and looking up! Ha!
Notice how Braden chills out taking his bottle. He always holds it with one hand and plays with his hair with the other hand. He's a talented boy!

Trick or treating at the zoo

Last night we went trick or treating at the Louisville Zoo. Braden loved his kangaroo costume because he could tug at his ears and chew on the Joey in his pouch. The zoo was very crowded but we managed to wind our way through and get candy for our little guy (I mean for us!) Carrie, Matt, and Jace went with us too. Jace was the best looking Tigger around! As we were waiting to shuttle back to the parking lot on the bus, Braden "let us know" he was ready for a bottle. Where there's a will there's a way! He had no problem getting the job done!

Putting on shoes

I just had to take these pictures. I asked Chris to put shoes on Braden knowing very well it would be a difficult task!! hee hee. It took the boys a long time to get this figured out. Everytime Chris would finally get the shoe on and tied, Braden would untie it. Eventually they got them on and there were no broken ankles!

Bath time

Braden loves taking baths! He gets the entire bathroom soaked. He looks pretty darn cute bundled up in his towel.

Braden is ready for Halloween! This is his kangaroo outfit for all of the jumping he likes to do!

Pumpkin Patch

Today we went to Hubers to go on the wagon to the pumpkin patch. It was so much fun! Braden picked out the perfect pumpkin! He loved the wagon ride and giggled when he got to sit by his pumpkin.
