On Saturday, Chris and Carrie ran in a 5K race down on the riverfront. They did great! They finished in 26 minutes which is probably faster than I could have biked it!! :) Braden and I were there to watch (and for the goodies afterwards). Matt and Jace came too. Braden enjoyed eating Daddy's banana and cookies that the racers could get. Chris is becoming quite the runner now. I keep teasing him if he loses any more weight I'm going to have to have an "intervention." Hee hee! I keep thinking all of this running and healthy eating will eventually wear off on me...I'm still waiting!
