Today Gma Cindy helped me ask the doctors for more tests. Thankful for the push because we found out Braden has mild pancreatitis. :(. So glad we weren't sent home thinking this was just a virus. They did a CT on him to make sure there weren't any blockages and didn't see any. We'll do more blood work in the am to check enzyme levels in the pancreas and his triglercides which will help us know if this was a genetic link or a virus that could have caused this. Braden has felt really good today but was not allowed to have any food or drink. Tomorrow we are starting with a liquid diet again and hoping he can tolerate it. He has been such a trooper!! So brave and so big! We are very proud of him considering he's been stuck in this room for 3 days. :(. We've had plenty of grandparent visits to spoil him and give him a break from me. Ha!!
