On Friday morning we loaded up and took off on our way to Florida. Chris' brother Jeremy was getting married on the beach this week so we booked a condo with the Johnsen's and decided to make a vacation out of it. We drove about 8 hours and stayed in Troy, Alabama so we could rest up (ha!) and then just drive in the next morning for the wedding. The drive was about like expected...not super easy going but not terrible. :) Braden was fine watching movie after movie but Ethan is not much on the carseat so he tries to break free and screams off and on. Chris actually brought ear plugs!! :) But we made it and it really wasn't too bad.
We checked in and then headed out to dinner. We thought this truck looked like Mater so got our picture with it. :)
Then we hit the hotel pool before bed. The water was freezing so Ethan was content kicking his feet and I stuck to my job....the photographer :)
Braden always wants to swim no matter what the water feels like so we sent Chris too.
